Rental Mode, Three Perpetrators Embezzled 14 Cars Successfully Arrested

With this incident, Pasar Kemis Police Chief Ucu Nuryandi, ordered members of the Pasar Kemis Police Criminal Investigation Unit to investigate the suspect Ew and then lead to brothers Em and Na as collectors.

“Yes, the arrest was directly led by me together with head of the Criminal Investigation Unit IPDA Ahmad Dasuki and members of the Criminal Investigation Unit to investigate the whereabouts of the perpetrators and evidence.” Said Pasar Kemis Police Chief, when giving a statement.

Units that have been secured by Pasar Kemis Police:
1. 1 (one) unit of car brand Toyota Avanza number B 1494 XB black color along with vehicle registration and ignition key,
2. 1 (one) car unit brand Daihatsu Grandmax pickup number A 8051 UE white color along with vehicle registration and ignition key,
3. 1 (one) car brand Daihatsu Grandmax pickup number 8539 VM white color along with vehicle registration and ignition key,
4. 1 (one) car brand Daihatsu Grandmax pickup number A 8197 ZF black color along with vehicle registration and ignition keys,
5. 1 (one) Daihatsu Grandmax pickup number B 9089 JUT in black color along with vehicle registration and ignition keys,
6. 1 (one) Daihatsu Grandmax pickup truck number B 8801 CT in blue color along with vehicle registration and ignition key,
7. 1 (one) Daihatsu Grandmax pickup truck number B 8539 VM in black color along with vehicle registration and ignition key,
8. 1 (one) Daihatsu Grandmax pickup number B 8067 XY in black color along with vehicle registration and ignition keys.

“For his actions, the perpetrator is threatened with Article 378 of the Criminal Code and Article 372 of the Criminal Code on Fraud and / or Embezzlement, which carries a prison sentence of more than 5 (five) years and Article 481 of the Criminal Code which carries a maximum sentence of 7 (seven) years,” concluded the Police Chief.
