NASIONALXPOS.CO.ID, TANGERANG CITY – Puri Swastika Gusti Krisna Dewi, owner of the Widya Anindya Foundation, which houses Utpadaka Swastika University and Bhakti Anindya Vocational High School (SMK) was reported by the Eulogia Law Firm Lawyer team to the Tangerang City Metro Police. This report relates to the alleged placement of land and buildings on Ks Tubun street No.11, Pasarbaru Village, Karawaci Sub-district, without a valid permit.

The Eulogia Law Firm team, consisting of Dr. Giordio Alexander, SH, LLM, Zevanius Fransisco, SH, MH, and Andreas Yasin Putra, SH, stated that they had sent a summons to the foundation twice, on February 26 and March 5, 2025, but received no response. This prompted them to bring the matter to the realm of law.

“Today we report Puri Swastika Gusti Krisna Dewi as the owner of Widya Anindya Foundation who has occupied our client’s land and building without permission,” Zevanius Fransisco and Giordio Alexander told reporters after reporting at the Tangerang City Metro Police.

Zevanius explained that 50% of the land and building ownership with title deeds numbered (SHM) 284, 87, and 439 used by the two educational institutions belonged to their clients. As per the agreement, Yayasan Widya Anindya was supposed to pay a rent of IDR 175 million per month, or equivalent to IDR 2.1 billion per year. However, since January 2022, their client no longer received rental payments and experienced inappropriate treatment in the form of eviction by Utpadaka Swastika University security.

“Based on Article 167 of the Criminal Code, Widya Anindya Foundation’s actions that continue to use land and buildings without permission can be categorized as a violation of the law,” said Zevanius.

He hoped that the foundation could respect the law and resolve the matter immediately, emphasizing that this move was not to hamper educational activities, but to uphold legitimate ownership rights.

Dr. Giordio Alexander added that the foundation has yet to show good faith in resolving the issue, with even the subpoena not responded to.

“We are officially taking further legal action to ensure our client’s rights are fulfilled,” he said.

Meanwhile Andreas Yasin Putra also requested that Widya Anindya Foundation show good faith by fulfilling its obligations since January 2022 until the police report was made.

“We invite all parties to respect the principles of justice and the rule of law in resolving this dispute,” he concluded.

Until this news was published, there has been no official response from Widya Anindya Foundation regarding the report and subpoena that has been filed. (Red)
