NATIONALXPOS.CO.ID, BALI – Bali and Beyond Travel Fair (BBTF) 2024 is entering its 10th year. A total of 370 buyer companies are registered from 45 countries to participate in BBTF which is held for 3 days starting from 12-14 June 2024 at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC) Nusa Dua, Badung Regency, Bali. For the record, the 10th BBTF 2024 experienced an increase in seller companies from 5 countries in 2023 to 8 countries, including Indonesia.
“This year, there are 370 buyers from 45 countries who have registered, but those who participated and became sellers are 8 countries including Indonesia. Last year there were 5 countries, meaning that this BBTF has qualified to become a B2B (Business to Business) marketplace, therefore, other countries also see that there is great potential in this BBTF, namely a potential market or emerging market, even Bulgaria and Panama came who previously did not know BBTF,” said Asita Chairman as well as chairman of the BBTF 2024 Committee Putu Winastra at the opening ceremony of the 10th BBTF. Wednesday, (12/6/2024).
Winastra revealed that the target achieved in BBTF 2024 is predicted to increase to IDR 8.1 trillion from the previous IDR 6.7 trillion. According to him, this figure is a very large potential transaction and will increase in the future.
In the 10th BBTF 2024, in addition to tour operators present there are also event organizers, wedding organizers, MICE, and corporations that have different markets. Inbound Bali outbound Indonesia as a whole. So, in addition to tour operators from abroad also present operators from Indonesia where they bring their guests abroad.
